What forms of payment does Bill’s Car Wash accept?
We accept the following forms of payment at all locations: cash or credit/debit including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

Is Bill's Car Wash safe for my vehicle?
Yes, we only use chemicals and processes that are safe for your vehicle.

How often should I wash my car?
We advise our customers to wash their vehicles any time they are dirty. Dirt works into the paint and deteriorates the surface of the paint due to many types of pollutants in road dirt. It is best to remove insect residue, bird droppings, and other residue as soon as possible to prevent damage to your vehicle’s paint.

Is it safer to wash my car by hand at home?
Rags and sponges used in driveway washing inevitably can have tiny particles of grit that can scratch your vehicle’s surface. Furthermore, garden hoses typically have inadequate water pressure to remove all the soap film which can affect the paint finish.

How long will a car wash take?
Our standard Full Service car wash is usually complete in under 15 minutes.

Do I need an appointment?
You do not need an appointment. We provide you with high-quality car cleaning on your schedule.

Can I drop off my car?
Yes, customers having their cars detailed may drop off their cards but under no circumstances can they be left overnight. Because we serve customers and have them in and out so quickly and efficiently, there is no need to drop off your car. We encourage you to be available when the car is finished to inspect it while our employee is available to answer any questions.

Do you wash trucks?
Yes. The height limit of tunnel washes is 86”, which will accommodate most trucks.

Is the car wash safe for convertibles?
Yes, please make sure the roof is properly latched.

What if I am not satisfied with my car wash?
Bill’s Promise –“Bill guarantees that the services purchased at anyone of our locations will be performed in total compliance with the strict standards set forth by our service policy. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will rewash your vehicle at no charge.”

Do you offer a Rain Check Policy?
Yes, if it rains the day of your wash, you can return within 48 hours for 99 cents. This is available on all full service washes.

Can I use a gift card or ‘Unlimited” Wash Club at any location?
Bill’s Car Wash gift cards, “Unlimited” cards or any other Bill’s Car Wash promotional coupons can be used at any of the Bill’s Car Wash locations - East Orlando, Chickasaw, Casselberry, Sanford and Palm Bay (opening soon).

Are you open during rain, cold, or holidays?
Rain? We are open even when it rains. There is no time like the present to get your car cleaned, especially the inside of your vehicle. Cold? Even in colder temperatures, we are open. Our equipment is able to safely clean your vehicle in very cold weather. Hurricane? In case of a hurricane or other natural disaster, we will stay open as long as possible. We will make decisions at the time of those events to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. If there is a closure, we will reopen as soon as it is safe for our staff to return to their location. Holidays? Bill’s Car wash is open 361 days a year. We are closed Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
